... read more Horrific experience at the fish tank today ! £7.95 per child for soft play, which is fine ! but if my daughter wanted her mam and dad with her to play that would cost another £7.95! Which I couldn't do because it was full. Now I go weekly ! It's always full and I always go in with another adult ! All I asked for was a refund and I was told they did not do refunds and only did credit ! Which I absolutely did not want as I will never go back again! Now I am not refusing to go back because they wouldn't let x2 adults in! I am not going back because the 'manager' spoke to me in the middle of the cafe in front of everyone about this ! What if I had additional needs and I didn't want to share this with everyone ! What if my child had additional needs and needed x2 parents! There was no empathy and no customer service skills! The humiliation in front of everyone was shocking and degrading ! She had no idea what I was going through today nor bothered to empathise to find out in a private setting! This could have been handled so so so differently ! This is why I will never go back! From a weekly customer to NEVER again ! I will continue to share my story! And by the looks of my status ALOT of other people have had bad experiences also! Including ex staff! Says it all really! Such a shame! Enjoy your £7.95 that you wouldn't refund me! I love to support local companies to thrive but if you can not invest time and love into your customers , then your not worth investing in!

... read more We struggle to find a good swimming pool as they are always so cold. The one thing that attracted us was the fact it was advertised on the website as being 32°. the whole place was clean and a you have to book to swim it was not overcrowded.

... read more Beautiful and clean. This place is a credit to the business park!!! What can I say, It was my first ever visit today and I can happily give it 10/10. I booked the soft play room online which was very easy and everything was just perfect. Fish tank limit the amount of visitors, so its idea for young children to gain confidence and have the time to explore what is a superbly designed, coloured and laid out room. The staff were all Helpful and Friendly. I will be visiting again real soon. Thank you

... read more Absolutely love this place. My little boy really enjoyed it here. The most baby friendly place I have ever been. When booking there was an issue with booking twice, this was sorted straight away by Penny, who was extremely helpful. My boy has a milk and Soya allergy so eating out is always nerve wracking. The girls were so understanding and helpful when it came to this. They showed me the allergy book and even the labels on the food just for peace of mind. The coffee is just amazing 😋. It really is such a lovely place and we will most certainly be visiting again very soon 😃

... read more We love The Fish Tank! My son absolutely loves the pool and practising his skills from his swimming lessons. The changing rooms are spacious, clean and plentiful and the cafe has a great range of options. The Oceans indoor play room is excellent, numbers are limited so it doesn’t feel too crowded and there’s lots to keep him interested. He couldn’t get enough of the ball hoover on our last visit!

... read more Pretty disappointed with our last visit. My little girl and my friends little boy suffer from dairy allergies and the staff had absolutely 0 knowledge or understanding if any of the food we asked for had the ingredients in or if there was any other options. The response was "erm I don't know" when I asked if they could check we waited 50 mins for dry kids sandwiches. Such a shame as I've been previously and we enjoyed the swimming. However cafe definitely needs improvement!!

... read more I wouldn’t personally recommend the fish tank, we went to the baby sensory and it was so over crowded it was ridiculous! 7 kids In all together when they should only be 6,and 1/2 adults per child some had 3 made it extremely crowded. I completely understand they accidentally overbooked but it’s not acceptable really. After we went to the cafe to get some food and I was waiting about half an hour or so for a panini, when I went to chase this up I found out it had been given to another table in error.. no refund offered nothing I just had to wait more time for it to be done! Unacceptable defiantly wouldn’t recommend or go back. Much better places for babies around.

... read more We had an absolutely amazing morning at your new interactive soft play area. It was absolutely immaculate and well thought out. Our 1 year old had so much fun and so did the big kids! The staff were so friendly too.
